I believe that as a creative, self improvement and understanding the practical ins and outs of various disciplines leads to better work and work flow from a team perspective. Since the beginning of my career I have been experimenting with 3D modelling and animation – here are some of my personal projects.
#1 ‘Mandelbulb’ – A 3D simulation of the complex Mandelbrot set fractal, using a spherical co-ordinate system devised by Daniel White and Paul Nylander.
#2 ‘Bust’ – A 3D scan of my own head using an iPad and various materials I built to test out the new real time rendering engine Blender had built.
#3 ‘Boat’ – A basic fluid simulation and particle system.
#4 ‘Gravity’ – A simple Vapourwave animation using solid bodies and force fields.
