In 2021, Net Promoter Scores at Vodafone were in a sorry state. Customers thought the brand was expensive. Our task was to drive scores back up by promoting the many benefits you get as a customer.
The creative platform ‘All for You’, was led with a bold 3D look with ‘glance-and-get’ headers. Gone were the long scrolling emails of before, instead we ran snappy email reminders of core benefits.
The results speak for themselves, a 2.2 point increase in scores within 6 months. After a year of the 3D styling, I was challenged to avoid creative fatigue and overhauled the styling again, using an isometric illustrated style that is instantly recognisable as ‘All for You’ and the scores keep climbing.
